Shipping policy

EVRUNO Tech ships to addresses within the United States. Every item in our catalogue is stocked and dispatched by third-party fulfilment partners. We do not operate a warehouse of our own, and our partners ship from their own facilities, which are not all located inside the United States. The delivery windows below already account for this.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Transit time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Total delivery time is therefore usually 8-17 business days from the day you place your order. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00 USD per order. Shipping is free on orders of $70.00 USD or more. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Some orders are sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days.

Delays

Occasional delays can happen because of weather, carrier backlogs or high order volume. If a delay affects your order we will let you know.
