There are two ways to see where your order is.
1. Track with your order number or your tracking number
Our tracking page checks the carrier directly and shows the latest scan on your parcel. Search using your EVRUNO Tech order number and the email address you used at checkout, or paste the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
2. Sign in to your EVRUNO Tech account
Your account lists every order you have placed, its current status, and the carrier and tracking number once your parcel has been collected.
We email you a 6-digit sign-in code, so there is no password to remember.
How long orders take
- Processing: 1-3 business days
- Transit: 7-14 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 8-17 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating after a label is created, so a new tracking number may show no movement at first.
If your order seems delayed
Email mohamoudhass19@gmail.com with your order number if 17 business days have passed since you placed your order and it has not arrived, or if tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not there. We will open an investigation with the carrier or our fulfilment partner and report the outcome within 1-2 business days of their reply.
